Shipping policy

We post twice a day, at eleven and at four. An order placed before eleven usually leaves the same day.

Delivery across Jamaica takes two working days and is free on orders over a hundred and twenty dollars. Below that it is six dollars, island-wide, whatever the parcel weighs.

Overseas is quoted at exactly what the post office charges us, with nothing added. We will tell you the figure before you pay, and the tracking number the day it leaves the workshop.

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph it before you unpack it any further and send us the picture. We will replace or repair it and pay the postage both ways.

Unused pieces can be returned within thirty days and we refund the delivery you paid as well. Anything we made can come back for repair at any point after that, at the published repair prices.
